Release Prior to Payment 項目概述與資格

Release Prior to Payment（RPP）是 CBSA Importer Program 的可選子項目，可讓符合資格的進口商在最終核算前取得貨物放行；是否參加和資格均應按當前 CBSA 規則確認。

Financial Security 的計算方式與最低要求

RPP 的 financial security 由 CBSA 按各 RM 帳戶過去 12 個月的最高月度應收餘額計算。書面擔保協議與現金保證金的計算方式不同，且書面擔保協議有每個 RM 帳戶的最低金額；不得以舊帖或非官方報價代替 CBSA 當前計算。

書面擔保協議與 deposit 的提交及註冊確認

進口商可透過獲接受的 security provider 取得書面擔保協議並經 API 或 CARM Client Portal 提交，或以 deposit 方式提供擔保；符合 financial security 要求後，RPP enrolment 才會在 Portal 中確認。
